Night Diver
2.5 star readI've read and enjoyed a number of Ms. Lowell's books in the past and although I enjoyed Night Diver, it had a decidedly been-there, read-that feel to the story until the end. This was a fast-paced read but I found it hard to connect with any of the characters. There is a sense of mystery-suspense to the story that doesn't really pick up until the last third of the book. The romance comes into the story very early and while not wholly believable, it does add some spice to the tale. Don't get me wrong, Night Diver isn't a bad read, nor is it poorly written, it is just a story that didn't really do much for me.
